The refreshed model uses a BS6-compliant 853cc, 90-degree, V-twin motor that produces 75bhp of peak power at 7,500rpm and 82Nm of peak torque at 5,000rpm. The bike maker claims that the engine offers more prime power in low and medium revs.
At 7,500 rpm, the transverse V-twin, two-valve 853 cc engine produces 75 bhp, slightly less than the previous model’s 79 bhp. The motor currently delivers 82 Nm of peak torque at 5,000 rpm, compared to 81.3 Nm in the previous model. The Moto Guzzi V85 is powered by an 853cc air-cooled, V-twin motor. At 5000 RPM this bike can produce 82 Nm of torque and 76 PS of power.
Braking & Suspension
The suspension equipment of the Moto Guzzi V85 TT consists of 41mm topsy turvy front forks and a back mono-shock. Slow-speed duties are taken care of by double 320 mm discs with four-cylinder spiral Brembo calipers at the front and a 260 mm single plate with a drifting two-cylinder caliper at the rear. The cruiser weighs 230 kg.
The bike features a topsy turvy 41mm water powered adaptive fork with movable augmentation and spring preload. There’s a horizontal mono-shock at the rear, as well as dynamic extension and spring preload. Brembo four-cylinder calipers hold two 320 mm plates on the front wheel, and a two-cylinder caliper holds a single 260 mm circle handle that slows down the liabilities. ABS is standard.
